We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all items. 
The following conditions must be met for the refund:

1. Condition of the item
   • The item must be in good condition and not used.
   • There should be no damage or soiling on the item.
   • All labels and packaging should still be intact.
2. Inspection:
   • All returned items will be inspected to ensure that the garment is in a condition as provided at sale.
3. Refund Process:
   • Once the returned item has passed inspection, we will process your refund.
   • The refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 days.
4. Return Process:
   • The customer should inform the service provider of any returns via the following WhatsApp number: 079 035 0872.
   • The onus is on the customer to courier the goods back to the service provider.
